How does the Personal QR Tee work?
At checkout you tell us your platform (Instagram, Snapchat, or phone), your handle, and your mode. We generate a personal QR code just for you and print it on the back of your tee. Anyone who scans it lands on your Say Hi page — handle up top, a joke and an icebreaker game below it. In Safe mode (the default, and the one we recommend) the QR points to that brand-hosted page, not your raw profile.
How long does a Personal QR Tee take?
Personalised pieces take about a day longer than our standard pieces — your unique QR print file is generated for your order before printing. Everything is printed to order, then ships within a few business days, and you'll get tracking by email.
Can I change or pause my handle later?
Yes — that's the whole point of Safe mode. Because your QR points to your Say Hi page rather than your profile directly, you can swap platforms, update your handle, or pause the page anytime. Paused, the page shows only "off duty." (If you chose Direct mode at checkout, your QR is your link and can't be changed after printing — Safe mode exists so you never have to worry about that.)
Is my phone number printed on my shirt?
No. In Safe mode the shirt carries only the QR code. Your number, handle, and message live on your Say Hi page, under your control, and pausing the page hides them.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is printed to order — there's no warehouse and no stock sitting around. Your order is made when you place it and ships within a few business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.
What are Signal Cards?
Every order ships with 5 free Signal Cards. They're the low-pressure way to say "hi" in person: hand someone a card — it's deniable, it's a joke if it needs to be, and it carries a real treat (20% off with SIGNAL20) that's theirs either way. No on-the-spot answer required; the card's QR lets them respond later, privately, if they want to.
What does the green heart mean?
It's the Signal Mark: single, and open to a hello. Black is the run-club colour-way with the same meaning, and no mark means off duty. The full rundown — including the respect rule — is on our The Code page.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
That's on us. If your piece arrives with a print defect, damage, or it's simply the wrong item, email us at hello.launchdesk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every piece is printed to order just for you, we don't hold stock for size swaps — so please double-check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If we sent the wrong size or item, that counts as a defect and we'll fix it free, no drama.
