Shipping
SingleSignal pieces are printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: when you place an order, your piece is printed for you and then shipped. Orders ship within a few business days of being placed, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Personalised pieces (like the Personal QR Tee) take about a day longer — your unique QR print file is generated for your order before it goes to print.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for size — please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Defects are always on us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello.launchdesk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund — your choice.
Personalised QR pieces are made uniquely for you, so they're returnable only for defects — but if anything about the print isn't right, the defect promise above covers you in full.
